The topic was \u2018Eliminating the risk of collective entities\u2019 responsibility\u2019 with reference to three factors: responsibility, development of compliance system and the role of<br \/>\na whistleblower, all of which are based on the description of the subject-matter of the contract (in Polish: OPZ law).<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marszalekipartnerzy.pl\/zespol\/mateusz-hendzel\/?lang=en\">Mateusz Hendzel<\/a> &#8211; our friend form the law office was one of the invited experts.
