He specializes in commercial and civil law. Grzegorz has advised in mulitple M&A transactions and restructuring processes. He is involved in complex projects and transactions as well as ongoing legal advice for Polish and international Clients.<\/p>\n
He represents companies in commercial disputes and advises in corporate disputes. As part of his practice, he also advises on the preparation and negotiation of a number of diverse and complex contracts.<\/p>\n
During his career, he has advised on transactions for Clients from various industries. Grzegorz constantly supports, among others entities from the insurance, manufacturing and IT markets.<\/p>\n
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for British and European Law at the University of Warsaw.<\/p>\n
Grzegorz has been with the firm since 2013 and held the position of Partner since July 2025.<\/p>\n
