The subject of the transaction was the acquisition of a company owning a nationwide chain of optical stores, &#8220;Lynx Optique,&#8221; which has been operating on the Polish optical market for 20 years. The following were responsible for providing legal services for the transaction <a href=\"https:\/\/marszalekipartnerzy.pl\/zespol\/iwona-dobkowska-pulawska\/\">att. Iwona Dobkowska-Pu\u0142awska<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/marszalekipartnerzy.pl\/zespol\/tomasz-dudzinski\/\">att. Tomasz Dudzi\u0144ski<\/a>, who provided comprehensive legal support at every stage of the project until its completion.
