We are always pleased to report on the successes of our Clients, especially since we had the pleasure of accompanying them – our Team advised Goodspeed <\/a>and its shareholders, Sylwester R.<\/a>, Pawel Rypina<\/a> and Enterprise Investors<\/a> in Goodspeed <\/a>‘s acquisition of a 100% stake in StockEasy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As part of our services, we performed due diligence of the Target company, developed the transaction structure, and prepared and negotiated the transaction documentation.<\/p>\n

The project was led by Iwona Dobkowska-Pu\u0142awska (<\/a>partner of the M&P), and the team included Paulina M\u0142odawska<\/a>, (attorney | senior associate) Wojciech Jaciubek<\/a> (tax consultant, attorney | associate) and Adam Zi\u0119bicki (attorney | associate).<\/p>\n

Our Client Goodspeed <\/a>is the undisputed leader in highly specialized temperature-controlled logistics services for diet catering manufacturers in Poland, and the acquisition of a stake in StockEasy<\/a> is the company’s next digital transaction, following last year’s acquisition of the Caterings<\/a> platform, which enables the diet catering industry to comprehensively manage customer relationships.<\/p>\n
