The M&P team advised the shareholders of Masveri sp. z o.o. on the sale of the company to Delia Cosmetics. Masveri is a well-known and respected brand with a strong and well-established position of men’s cosmetics in Poland. Delia Cosmetics, on the other hand, is one of the leading Polish cosmetics companies with over 25 years of tradition. The company’s products under the Delia, Cameleo and Humanist brands are present in over 60 countries. In 2024, the company increased production to approx. 50 million. pcs. of cosmetics per year.<\/p>\n
