Kamil is a trainee attorney at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He graduated with a full-time master’s degree in law from the University of Lodz.<\/p>\n
He is currently developing his professional practice in the M&A Transactions Department. His specialties include comprehensive support in M&A transactions, including legal due diligence audits and preparation of transaction documentation, as well as extensive corporate services for companies. He also has extensive experience in providing legal services for real estate, restructuring and bankruptcy processes.<\/p>\n
He gained knowledge in the field of capital markets law, among others. at Dom Maklerski Navigator S.A., where he supported processes related to securities registration and verified compliance with AML and CRBR regulations. He has previously advised leading business entities, including the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers and an oil and gas group.<\/p>\n
