Paweł Balcerkiewicz

Paweł specializes in civil litigation. He particularly focuses his professional interests on commercial cases, contract law and property claims. He provides legal services to entrepreneurs. His practice also includes representing Clients in criminal cases, both at the pre-trial and trial stages, as well as in family matters.

His previous experience was gained in Warsaw law firms dealing with litigation in the field of civil and criminal law, as well as comprehensive services for business entities operating in the real estate sector, with particular emphasis on conducting real estate sales transactions and construction processes. He provided legal assistance to corporate and individual Clients.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Two-time recipient of the scholarship – UW Rector’s Scholarship for the best students. During his studies, he served an internship in the Department of Risky Economic Receivables of Bank Millennium, where he participated, among other things. In the restructuring and recovery processes of the bank’s financial receivables.

He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
