Adam Jarzębowski

He has experience in servicing corporate Clients, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, negotiating and preparing the terms of commercial contracts, conducting investor relations and fulfilling information obligations, interpreting National and Community regulations in creating policies and procedures for enterprises. He is a Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer in several companies. He gained his professional experience, among others in local government administration, diplomacy and in the automotive sector and in the development industry. He specializes in issues in the field of broadly understood compliance, in particular in the provisions on the protection of personal data, civil law, corporate law and banking law. He is appreciated by the Clients for his skills in the area of communication on the capital market, designing corporate structures as well as managing processes and investors. He is distinguished by his interdisciplinarity and ability to combine knowledge from multiple fields, based on his education and extensive professional experience. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Economics of the Lazarski University in Warsaw, who completed postgraduate studies in Management Psychology with honors.
