Iwona Dobkowska-Puławska

Iwona specializes in procedural law, civil law, commercial companies law and labor law. She has extensive experience in handling corporate insurance cases for entities operating in narrowly specialized industrial sectors, in particular in the field of energy, transport and construction law. She also provides advisory services in M&A and Private Equity transactions. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, Postgraduate Study of Public Procurement at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and participant of a number of training courses in Poland and abroad, including training on “Buying the Brains: M&A in IP / IT Intensive Sectors” in Tallinn, organized by the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and “Trading in Europe and Internationally – Substantive and Procedural Aspects” in Budapest, organized by the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) .

She is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

Iwona is a certified mediator entered on the list of mediators of the Mediation Center at the Supreme Bar Council in Warsaw.
