Piotr Okoński

He specializes in civil litigation. He particularly focuses his professional interests on contract law and personal injury claims with a particular emphasis on medical errors and violations of patient rights. His practice also includes representing Clients in criminal cases, both at the pre-trial and trial stages, as well as in family matters.

He gained his previous experience in Warsaw law firms dealing with civil and criminal litigation and by running his own practice.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. During the course of his studies, he worked as a specialist in the field. enforcement proceedings in one of Warsaw’s law firms.

He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. He has been practicing law continuously since 2018. He is also licensed to practice as a Legal Advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.

Mateusz Psiuk

Mateusz joined the M&P in December 2025.

He has been a trainee attorney at the Warsaw Bar Association since 2026.

His area of professional interest remains civil law in its broadest sense, including civil litigation, and criminal law.

He also gained experience through his activities at the Akademia Iuris Foundation, with which he was associated in 2025.

Victor Chukwu

In his practice, Victor deals with issues related to commercial and corporate law and M&A transactions.

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

He completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and Information Security in Administration and Business at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

Attorney trainee at the District Bar Council in Krakow.

He has been with M&P since 2024.

Michał Żelechowski

His interests include civil law and sports law issues.

At M&P, she is in charge of supporting the legal team in their day-to-day work.

He has been with M&P since April 2025.

Michal Palka

Michał supports our Clients in finding flexible and effective solutions to legal problems in the area of litigation.

He has already gained many years of experience in handling civil, commercial and criminal proceedings, especially extensive evidentiary and multifaceted ones, in several ways. Among other things, he adjudicated for 9 years as a general court judge, and then assisted Clients as a legal advisor in reputable law firms.

At M&P, he is responsible for providing legal services to businesses and individuals in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings in the field of civil and business law. He specializes in civil law matters, especially inheritance, real estate and insurance. He also handles cases with a cross-border element.

He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Izabela Polak

Provides comprehensive Customer service and takes care of daily office processes. She supports the team in the execution of current tasks and assists in coordinating organizational and documentation issues within the company. At work, she values accuracy, good organization and timely completion of tasks.

Graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Philology at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Cracow, majoring in Psychology.

Natalia Zaremba

She specializes in providing day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs in the real estate development, construction and credit intermediation sectors, covering business and civil law issues, particularly in the area of contract law, as well as ongoing compliance advice.

Currently, on behalf of the Firm, she supports the legal department of one of the largest Polish companies operating in the development industry, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Her professional interests focus on business law, contract law and copyright law, particularly in the area of artificial intelligence issues.

Kinga Mielnicka

Second-year law student at the Academy of Justice and member of the criminal law research club.

She gained professional experience in the insurance industry and in the administration department of a law firm.

She is particularly interested in the law of new technologies and the regulation of artificial intelligence.

Anna Haczykowska

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk and a student of the postgraduate program “Data Protection Inspector” at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She specializes in data protection with a particular focus on the banking and marketing sectors. She has gained experience in both the public and private sectors. She serves as a Data Protection Officer for several companies. Her professional interests also include: association law, artificial intelligence regulation, product and service accessibility, including digital accessibility, and cyber security.

Currently, on behalf of the M&P, she supports the area of personal data protection in one of the largest companies listed on the WSE operating in the real estate development industry.
