He also has extensive experience in providing legal services for real estate, restructuring and bankruptcy processes.
He gained knowledge in the field of capital markets law, among others. at Dom Maklerski Navigator S.A., where he supported processes related to securities registration and verified compliance with AML and CRBR regulations. He has previously advised leading business entities, including the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers and an oil and gas group.
During his studies, he was actively involved in local government, serving in such positions as. The function of Chairman of the Faculty Council of the Student Government of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences of the University of Łódź.
Emilia is an attorney specializing in private equity, venture capital and corporate and business reorganization transactions.
She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. During her studies, she took part in the Erasmus academic exchange program at Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, one of Europe’s leading law universities, which allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of European law. She received a scholarship from the Rector of the University of Warsaw for outstanding academic achievement.
She has gained professional experience in renowned Polish law firms, where she participated in handling complex transactions for leading business entities. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to business Clients, advising both Polish and international business entities at every stage of a transaction – from the negotiation and due diligence phase to finalization and post-trade support.
