The law firm became the adoptive parents of the Ara parrot in the Warsaw Zoo – the team’s innovativeness manifests itself not only in contacts with clients, but also in activities outside the field of law, e.g. by participating in various charity actions.

Our protégé was named LawAra Marszałek and is one of the most colorful birds, it delights with its colorful plumage, and at the same time fascinates with the ability to repeat sounds.

Eliminating the risk of collective entities’ responsibility

On 9 th – 10 th May 2019 the conference organized by MMC Polska was held in the Westin Warsaw hotel. The topic was ‘Eliminating the risk of collective entities’ responsibility’ with reference to three factors: responsibility, development of compliance system and the role of
a whistleblower, all of which are based on the description of the subject-matter of the contract (in Polish: OPZ law).
Mateusz Hendzel – our friend form the law office was one of the invited experts. He delivered a lecture on ‘The role of a whistleblower in relation to OPZ law’.
