Our team provides advanced legal services in the area of capital market transactions. As part of our practice, our law firm supports Clients (among other things) with:

Initial Public Offer (IPO) – the company’s initial public offering and entry into the regulated capital market (Warsaw Stock Exchange), preparation for listing in the NewConnect and Catalyst market systems, preparation of the company’s corporate documentation to meet market regulatory requirements, preparation of offering documents, issuance of bonds and convertible securities, etc…;

Transformations, mergers and divisions of companies;

– Ongoing corporate services, and this includes compliance with regulatory information obligations, shaping internal procedures and policies for corporate bodies of the companies, construction of personnel incentive programs, etc.

– Advising trading participants on the regulated market, including but not limited to. investment funds;

– Administrative proceedings before the supervisory authorities – the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF);

– Securities-related litigation (including criminal aspects, and including in fending off, among other things. allegations related to “insider trading” against company insiders).

Joanna Milaniuk

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

Joanna joined the M&P in March 2021.

She is particularly interested in issues related to commercial law and medical law.

She was active in student organizations such as KN Banking Law and KN Intellectual Property Law.

Since 2019, she has been a volunteer of the Court Watch Polska foundation, as part of which she held an annual soft skills development program.

Paulina Małyszek

Paulina cooperates with a team of lawyers, providing administrative support for cases they handle. She supervises the flow of documentation of ongoing cases in the section, and coordinates the process of their completion. She has experience in office administration management, having previously worked in bailiffs’ offices. At work, she values most the diligence and timeliness of the tasks performed. Graduate of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Warsaw University.

Marcela Zagrobelny

She specializes in civil and economic law, in particular in issues related to liabilities and real estate, as well as in the field of personal data protection, and provides ongoing advice on compliance. She represents entrepreneurs in civil and commercial disputes before common courts. Currently, on behalf of the M&P, she supports the legal department of one of the largest Polish companies operating in the development industry, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin. John Paul II in Lublin and the MOST Program at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

She is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

Jerzy Świrski

He specializes in civil and business law. He has represented financial market entities in commercial disputes for many years. He currently represents Insurance Companies. He has many years of experience in the courtroom.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law at the University of Warsaw.

Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.

Justyna Przetacka-Antonowicz

She specializes in broadly understood commercial, civil and criminal law. She has extensive experience in the field of civil procedure and court proceedings strategy. She has successfully represented Clients in numerous and complex proceedings before common courts. She started her professional practice during her studies as part of a student legal clinic in the section of administrative law and civil law. She gained her extensive professional experience working in financial institutions, law firms, as well as providing legal services to one of the professional self-governments of public trust, as well as internal legal services to commercial companies. In 2020, she completed the training “Personal data protection and the right to privacy” organized by the District Bar Council in Warsaw together with the Human Rights Department and the HELP Program Secretariat (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) of the Council of Europe.

She is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

Magdalena Mydłowska

She specializes in legal advice in the field of commercial, economic and real estate law. She provides day-to-day legal services to business entities, and represents entrepreneurs in court proceedings. Magdalena is particulary appreciated by the Clients for her commitment to the tasks and her accuracy.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw.

She is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

Katarzyna Libera – Ignasiak

She specializes in civil and business law with a particular focus on real estate issues.

Katarzyna provides comprehensive advice and legal services to entrepreneurs, particularly in the development, construction and design industries. She successfully represents Clients in complex civil and commercial disputes before common courts. Her work focuses on understanding the business perspective and creating customized solutions.

She has gained experience in reputable law firms, including consulting firms belonging to the so-called “The Big Four”.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, the School of French Law – “l’École de Droit Français”, organized by the Coordination Center of Foreign Law Schools of Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the University of Orléans, as well as Postgraduate Studies in Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law (Liquidation of a Company) at Lazarski University in Warsaw.

Currently, on behalf of the M&P, she supports the legal department of one of the largest Polish companies operating in the development industry, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

She is a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Andrzej Koryciński

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.

From 2009 to 2013, he served his lawyer’s apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw while gaining professional experience dealing with insurance law in its broadest sense. Already during his apprenticeship, he specialized in all types of compensation and property insurance cases, handling cases of the largest insurance companies on the Polish market.

He specializes mainly in cases in the field of business insurance, communications, freight law and cases arising under the provisions of the CMR Convention.

He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
