Marszałek i Partnerzy – Adwokaci had the pleasure of advising Kanani Europe, the owner of Miya Cosmetics – one of the leading cosmetic brands in Poland, on the sale of 100% of the company’s shares, to the family investment company TDJ.
The success of the Miya Cosmetics brand, Kanani Europe and its shareholders is particularly important to us because Marszałek i Partnerzy – Adwokaci has represented and advised Kanani Europe on the legal terms from the day it was established until it was handed over to the investor.
