Piotr specializes in strategic consulting for business entities, ownership transformations: M&A transactions, Private Equity, Venture Capital, civil law and commercial companies law. The beginning of Piotr’s legal career at the turn of the 90s and his choice of a then widely unknown specialization in the field of commercial law, with simultaneous political, economic and, above all, legal changes, made Piotr one of the pioneers in the application of commercial law in practice. He has more than thirty years of professional experience providing legal services to many companies, both state-owned and private, advising on strategic projects, including participation in the restructuring of key branches of Polish industry and in many privatization processes. For over 25 years he was a permanent and the main legal advisor to Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu SA. Within the Firm, he manages and supervises legal services, among others, for Dom Development SA, the largest developer on the Polish market – from its inception until now. In previous years, a long-term legal advisor also to other business entities, including Bumar sp. z o.o (currently Polski Holding Obronny sp. z o.o.) and the Ownership Transformation Office of the Capital City of Warsaw. of Warsaw He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 1991, he completed an internship at the law firm “Thiffry et Associees” in Paris. He was a lecturer as part of training courses for advocate trainees in Warsaw.
He has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 1986.
