HRtec’s clients include among others Alior Bank, Smyk, Compensa (Vienna Insurance Group), P4 (Play) or Rainbow Tours.

Marszałek and Partners – Attorneys had the pleasure of advising Clients who own Bellevue Polska sp. zo.o. a leading company in the optical market in a deal to sell of shares to Medicover, a multinational company providing high-quality medical services. The subject of the transaction was the acquisition of a company owning a nationwide chain of optical stores, “Lynx Optique,” which has been operating on the Polish optical market for 20 years. The following were responsible for providing legal services for the transaction att. Iwona Dobkowska-Puławska and att. Tomasz Dudziński, who provided comprehensive legal support at every stage of the project until its completion. The success of the Miya Cosmetics brand, Kanani Europe and its shareholders is particularly important to us because Marszałek i Partnerzy – Adwokaci has represented and advised Kanani Europe on the legal terms from the day it was established until it was handed over to the investor.

Marszałek and Partners – Attorneys had the pleasure of advising USP Group on the sell of Sensilab Polska sp. z o.o. S.K. in favor of Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, a German pharmaceutical company. The subject of the transaction was the acquisition of Sensilab, one of the leading contract manufacturers and a provider of research and development services for medicinal products based in Konstantynów-Łódzki.
