His current, more than a 15 year professional experience was acquired at Warsaw law and legal advisory firms and as an in-house lawyer at companies operating in various industries. For 3 years Tomasz was a parliamentary legal adviser at the Offices of the Parliamentary Committees of the Polish Parliament.
He specializes in litigation, civil law, commercial companies law with a particular focus on transformations in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, Venture Capital and commercial criminal law.
Tomasz has a comprehensive experience related to the conduct of numerous civil cases, mainly on commercial matters, cases related to the so-called corporate insurance, labour law, and representation of Clients before numerous courts across the country and abroad.
His work also focuses on the role of a defence counsel in criminal matters dealing with warding off allegations in the so-called “white collar crimes”, including advising and representing clients in matters related to allegations of unfair competition, mismanagement, fraud, insider trading, etc.
In the years 2010 – 2013 he worked as an academic lecturer on issues of civil law, labour law and company law.
He is a law graduate from Łazarski University in Warsaw. He completed post-graduate management studies at the School of Economics in Warsaw and a number of training courses in Poland and abroad including training “Buying the Brains: M & A in the IP / IT Intensive Sectors” in Tallinn organized by the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and “Trading in Europe and Internationally – substantive and Procedural Aspects” in Budapest, organized by the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA).
He is an attorney – a member of the Bar Council in Warsaw.
