Paweł Stępniewski

He specializes in commercial insurance law, civil law, commercial criminal law and commercial companies law. He provides day-to-day consultancy and ongoing support for companies operating in the insurance, pharmaceutical and development markets. He has many years of experience in advising business entities in numerous civil and commercial cases, in particular in the field of pursuing claims and defending against civil law claims, including representing clients before common courts, administrative courts and the Supreme Court. His professional practice also includes serving as a defense lawyer in criminal cases, with particular emphasis on cases related to allegations of committing an act of unfair competition and fraud, including participation in a tax carousel. Our Clients appreciate his individual and unconventional approach to each case, high commitment and focus on finding a solution that will allow for the maximum consideration of the Client’s interest. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the American Law Center run by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University Florida Levin College of Law.

He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
