He has already gained many years of experience in handling civil, commercial and criminal proceedings, especially extensive evidentiary and multifaceted ones, in several ways. Among other things, he adjudicated for 9 years as a general court judge, and then assisted Clients as a legal advisor in reputable law firms.

At M&P, he is responsible for providing legal services to businesses and individuals in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings in the field of civil and business law. He specializes in civil law matters, especially inheritance, real estate and insurance. He also handles cases with a cross-border element.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Izabela Polak

Provides comprehensive Customer service and takes care of daily office processes. She supports the team in the execution of current tasks and assists in coordinating organizational and documentation issues within the company. At work, she values accuracy, good organization and timely completion of tasks.

Natalia Zaremba

She specializes in providing day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs in the real estate development, construction and credit intermediation sectors, covering business and civil law issues, particularly in the area of contract law, as well as ongoing compliance advice.

Currently, on behalf of the Firm, she supports the legal department of one of the largest Polish companies operating in the development industry, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Her professional interests focus on business law, contract law and copyright law, particularly in the area of artificial intelligence issues.

Kinga Mielnicka

Anna Haczykowska

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk and a student of the postgraduate program “Data Protection Inspector” at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She specializes in data protection with a particular focus on the banking and marketing sectors. She has gained experience in both the public and private sectors. She serves as a Data Protection Officer for several companies. Her professional interests also include: association law, artificial intelligence regulation, product and service accessibility, including digital accessibility, and cyber security.

Currently, on behalf of the M&P, she supports the area of personal data protection in one of the largest companies listed on the WSE operating in the real estate development industry.

We are pleased and proud to announce that the transaction between the Acrisure Group and the shareholders of Efficient Insurance Solutions (EIS) has been signed!

The M&P team advised the EIS shareholders in connection with their acquisition of shares in Acrisure, a company headquartered in the United States, in exchange for the Acrisure Group acquiring shares in EIS.

EIS is one of the market leaders in developing technologies that support insurers in selling policies under the affinity model, i.e. enabling business partners to offer insurance as an add-on to their core products or services. As part of its operations, EIS focuses in particular on the consumer electronics and household appliances segments. The company also provides solutions for insurance companies in the area of claims handling and supports the implementation of modern technologies and the automation of insurance processes.

Acrisure is a fintech company and insurance broker providing a broad range of insurance, reinsurance, cybersecurity and other services. It is ranked among the top 10 largest global insurance and reinsurance brokers. Acrisure cooperates with insurance companies and distributors across markets in Asia, Bermuda, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Switzerland. It is also present in Poland as a strategic investor, including in the Unilink Group.

The M&P team advised the shareholders of Tooploox in connection with the sale of shares to Solvd Inc., supported by the investor Siguler Guff.

Tooploox sp. z o.o. is a Polish company founded in 2012 and headquartered in Wrocław. Tooploox specializes in developing custom AI solutions, mobile and web applications – with a particular focus on generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and product development. The company also provides consulting and R&D services and co-develops grant-funded projects in both academic and industrial sectors.

Tooploox has delivered projects for over 100 companies – including eBay, ETH Zurich, Light, Voyage, Granular.ai, and StateSpace – covering implementations in digital histopathology, AR for medicine, vision systems for autonomous vehicles, and generative AI solutions.

Solvd Inc. is a US-based “AI-first advisory & digital engineering” company founded in 2011, headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, with a global team. M&P advises on the sale of Masveri to Delia Cosmetics.

The M&P team advised the shareholders of Masveri sp. z o.o. on the sale of the company to Delia Cosmetics. Masveri is a well-known and respected brand with a strong and well-established position of men’s cosmetics in Poland. Delia Cosmetics, on the other hand, is one of the leading Polish cosmetics companies with over 25 years of tradition. The company’s products under the Delia, Cameleo and Humanist brands are present in over 60 countries. In 2024, the company increased production to approx. 50 million. pcs. of cosmetics per year.

On behalf of M&P, the transaction was handled by Tomasz Dudziński with the support of Iwona Dobkowska-Puławska, Paulina Młodawska and Maja Zielińska.
