We are always pleased to report on the successes of our Clients, especially since we had the pleasure of accompanying them – our Team advised Goodspeed and its shareholders, Sylwester R., Pawel Rypina and Enterprise Investors in Goodspeed ‘s acquisition of a 100% stake in StockEasy.

As part of our services, we performed due diligence of the Target company, developed the transaction structure, and prepared and negotiated the transaction documentation.

The project was led by Iwona Dobkowska-Puławska (partner of the M&P), and the team included Paulina Młodawska, (attorney | senior associate) Wojciech Jaciubek (tax consultant, attorney | associate) and Adam Ziębicki (attorney | associate).

Our Client Goodspeed is the undisputed leader in highly specialized temperature-controlled logistics services for diet catering manufacturers in Poland, and the acquisition of a stake in StockEasy is the company’s next digital transaction, following last year’s acquisition of the Caterings platform, which enables the diet catering industry to comprehensively manage customer relationships.

Marszałek and Partners – Attorneys had the pleasure of advising the Seller in the dietary supplement industry on a trademark sale transaction worth PLN 30,000,000.

Advising Dom Development S.A. on a real estate transaction and contract for the construction of four residential buildings.

Marszałek and Partners – Attorneys had the pleasure of advising Dom Development S.A. on the sale of a property worth PLN 90,000,000 to a professional institutional investor in the PRS (Private Rental Sector) segment. Our law firm was also involved in the conclusion of a contract to build four residential buildings worth PLN 200,400,000.

Legal services for the transaction were provided by attorney Piotr Marszałek and attorney Iwona Dobkowska-Pulawska, with support from attorney Magdalena Mydłowska.

Author of scientific publications in the field of civil procedure law and commercial company law.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law.

He is a member of the Bar Association in Cracow and the National Chamber of Tax Advisors.

HRtec’s clients include among others Alior Bank, Smyk, Compensa (Vienna Insurance Group), P4 (Play) or Rainbow Tours.

Marszałek and Partners – Attorneys had the pleasure of advising Clients who own Bellevue Polska sp. zo.o. a leading company in the optical market in a deal to sell of shares to Medicover, a multinational company providing high-quality medical services. The subject of the transaction was the acquisition of a company owning a nationwide chain of optical stores, “Lynx Optique,” which has been operating on the Polish optical market for 20 years. The following were responsible for providing legal services for the transaction att. Iwona Dobkowska-Puławska and att. Tomasz Dudziński, who provided comprehensive legal support at every stage of the project until its completion.
