The subject of the transaction was the acquisition of a company owning a nationwide chain of optical stores, “Lynx Optique,” which has been operating on the Polish optical market for 20 years. The following were responsible for providing legal services for the transaction att. Iwona Dobkowska-Puławska and att. Tomasz Dudziński, who provided comprehensive legal support at every stage of the project until its completion.
