Paulina Młodawska

She provides comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs as well as court and out-of-court proceedings in matters related to civil, economic and administrative law. She specializes in matters related to commercial companies law, contract law and compliance. She has extensive experience in transactions related to the real estate market and the sale of enterprises, as well as in the field of compensation, in particular regarding medical errors and communication events. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Paulina is currently, in the course of postgraduate studies in the field of restructuring and bankruptcy law.

She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Anna Osińska

Anna specializes in civil and economic law, in particular in issues related to liabilities and real estate. She represents Clients in negotiations, mediations, civil and administrative proceedings before courts and authorities of all levels. She advises on the day-to-day operations of entrepreneurs, draws up documents and co-creates a business and legal strategy. Anna has over ten years of experience in comprehensive legal services for entities from the development and construction industries. She provides legal services to one of the largest developers on the Polish market.

Grzegorz Motyka

He specializes in commercial and civil law. Grzegorz has advised in mulitple M&A transactions and restructuring processes. He is involved in complex projects and transactions as well as ongoing legal advice for Polish and international Clients. He represents companies in commercial disputes and advises in corporate disputes. As part of his practice, he also advises on the preparation and negotiation of a number of diverse and complex contracts. During his career, he has advised on transactions for Clients from various industries. Grzegorz constantly supports, among others entities from the insurance, manufacturing and IT markets. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for British and European Law at the University of Warsaw.

Joanna Lisicka

Joanna specializes in civil law, commercial companies law, corporate services for public companies, including services for its corporate bodies and performance of disclosure obligations. She represents entrepreneurs in civil proceedings before the common courts. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law at the University of Warsaw.

Michał Kurzela

Wiktor Karst

He specializes in comprehensive consulting and legal services for entities from the development, architectural and construction industries. He has more than 15 years of experience serving Poland’s leading real estate developer, as well as in legal cooperation with other entities in the construction industry and with designers. He represents entrepreneurs in civil and commercial disputes before common courts, using extensive practical knowledge of civil law and commercial companies law. Adam Jarzębowski

He has experience in servicing corporate Clients, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, negotiating and preparing the terms of commercial contracts, conducting investor relations and fulfilling information obligations, interpreting National and Community regulations in creating policies and procedures for enterprises. He is a Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer in several companies. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Economics of the Lazarski University in Warsaw, who completed postgraduate studies in Management Psychology with honors.

Michał Jackowski

He specializes primarily in court disputes. Most of his proceedings concern damages. He has dealt with, among others, matters related to the disposal of medical waste, soil contamination and land reclamation, administrative proceedings related to the construction process and real estate audits. A graduate of the University of Commerce and Law. Ryszard Łazarski in Warsaw. After graduation, he completed a four-month English language course at Eurocentres in London.

Tomasz Dudziński

Tomasz focuses primarily on corporate and commercial matters with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. In addition, Tomasz has extensive experience in handling commercial litigation and criminal commercial law. His corporate experience includes conducting numerous of M&A transactions and all types of corporate reorganizations, foreign direct investments carried in various formulas, mergers and divisions of companies, and negotiating complex international agreements. He has gained his professional experience in Warsaw law firms and as an in-house lawyer in companies operating in various industries. For 3 years he served as an parliamentary counsel in the Office of Committees of the Sejm – the Parliament of the Republic of Poland. Tomasz has handled numerous civil cases, including mainly commercial cases, cases related to the so-called corporate insurance and has represented Clients before numerous courts in Poland and abroad. Iwona Dobkowska-Puławska

Iwona specializes in procedural law, civil law, commercial companies law and labor law.

She has extensive experience in handling corporate insurance litigation matters of entities operating in narrowly specialized industry sectors, particularly in the fields of energy, transportation and construction law. Iwona’s experience also includes advisory and supervisory services for M&A and Private Equity transactions. On behalf of the firm, she manages and supervises the legal services of a number of companies operating in various industries, including, among others: insurance, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, IT and new technologies.
